Although confined to a hotel room after his flatuence offends the patrons of a beach resort, Walter the farting dog makes an explosive sea rescue to save little Billy and Betty.
When an expert on animal gas tries to cure Walter, his farts keep building up until he floats away and is blown by the wind to a distant place, where he once again proves himself a hero.
Because his farts create unpleasantness for everyone on a cruise ship, Walter the dog continues the journey in a lifeboat, but when the ship's computer crashes, causing the liner to drift, Walter again proves himself a hero.
