Naoko Takeuchi

Minako Aino, a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl, is told by a white cat that she has the power to transform into the hero, Sailor V, by using a magic pen. Mina soon discovers that a chocolate shop run by the evil Dark Agency is making people gain weight to lure them to a spa in order to drain them of their life force. In addition, she encounters the mysterious Phantom Ace and learns he has a connection to Venus.
