Forest Bathing

Have you heard the term forest bathing recently? As a society we suffer from nature deficit disorder, but studies have shown that spending mindful, intentional time around trees—what the Japanese call shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing—can provide happiness. Forest bathing, essentially, is the practice of returning to nature for renewal and restorative healing. Here are a few titles about this old-but-new practice.
