Description
This DVD accompanies the popular book by Janice H. Humphreys, So You Want to be an Interpreter, 4th edition used by many interpreter training programs. It contains guided learning activities, study questions and supplemental video clips which feature many highly qualified interpreters and individuals who grew up in the Deaf community. Used in conjunction with the textbook, this project is used to support students studying in the traditional classroom, to guide certified interpreters seeking credits from the RID in the certification maintenance program, to help prepare interpreters studying for RID certification, and to direct experienced interpreters seeking advanced placement.
