Description
This DVD is a dictionary of ASL signs presented in segments based on a child's age (birth-6 months, 7-12 months, 37-42 months, 43-48 months, 49-60 months). Signs are also presented based on topics such as ASL basic signs, manners signs, school signs, season signs, animal signs, emotion signs, family signs, snack signs, and weather signs. The accompanying book includes theory and research on the benefits of signing with children, information about ASL and other forms of manual communication, language development milestones, age appropriate signs, plus much more. The illustrations are labeled in both English and Spanish.
