This video presents a brief look at the life of Terrence James O'Rourke, or "T.J.", as he is more commonly called. A mover and shaker in the the deaf community in the mid to late twentieth century, his credits include co-authoring the acclaimed book, A Basic Course in American Sign Language, founding of the TJ Publishing Company, and founding the NCI Captioning Club.
