Fourth-graders George and Harold are best friends who love a good prank. So when they convince their principal he's a superhero called Captain Underpants, they think they've hit the prank jackpot. But what starts as a joke turns into mankind's last hope when a mad scientist's plans to remove all laughter from the world are set into motion.
